Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must issue and receive e-invoices through an Accredited Service Provider. Missing a deadline can mean fines of up to AED 5,000 for each month of delay.

Every project gets a written quote within 24 hours of your brief. Once you approve it, that’s the full price for the agreed scope, with no hourly billing. If you change the scope later, we quote the change before doing any work. Hosting is included for the websites and stores we build; domains are charged at registration cost.
Is the quote negotiable?
Yes, until you approve it. Tell us your budget and we’ll adjust the scope, split the work into phases or suggest a simpler version. The one thing we won’t do is raise the price after you’ve agreed to it.
We’ve been burned by offshore developers before. What’s different?
That’s exactly why we start small. You give us one small, real job at a fixed price, judge the delivery, and only then decide on more. Everything is agreed in writing before work starts, replies come within 4 working hours, and you deal with the founder throughout.
How do we communicate across time zones?
WhatsApp, email or video calls, whichever suits you. Our working hours overlap the working day in the Gulf, the UK and Australia. For clients in the USA, we agree a regular call time that works for both sides. Either way, you get a first reply within 4 working hours.
Do you sign NDAs? Will you ever contact our clients?
Yes to the NDA, from day one. And no: for agency and partner work we never contact your clients directly and never market to them. All communication runs through you, and white-label deliverables carry no Avera branding.
Who owns the work when it’s finished?
Handover includes documentation and access to everything we set up, so you’re never locked in to us. Ownership and handover terms are written into your quote before work starts.
Can you work with our designs, tools or existing system?
Yes. Agencies regularly send finished designs and a spec, and businesses send the spreadsheet or process that needs to become software. If anything in the spec needs adjusting, we’ll say so in the quote.
Do you only work through agencies?
No. Businesses work with us directly for software, websites and automation. Agencies use us for white-label overflow work, and accounting firms bring us in for their clients’ billing and system upgrades.
